万花油局部按摩联合体位变换辅治新生儿硬肿症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察万花油局部按摩联合体位变换辅治新生儿硬肿症的效果。方法:50例用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各25例。两组均采取复温、抗感染、对症治疗及纠正电解质酸碱平衡等,试验组加用万花油局部按摩联合体位变换。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组硬肿消退时间和体温恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:万花油联合局部按摩可缩短新生儿硬肿症时间,促进体温恢复,提高治疗效果。Objective:To observe the effect of local massage with Wanhua Oil combined with body position change in the treatment of neonatal scleredema.Methods:Fifty cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,25 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with rewarming,anti-infection,symptomatic treatment and correction of electrolyte acid-base balance.The experimental group were treated with local massage with Wanhua oil combined with body position transformation.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The regression time of scleroma and the recovery time of body temperature in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wanhua Oil combined with local massage could shorten the time of neonatal scleredema,promote the recovery of body temperature and improve the therapeutic effect.
