足三里穴位注射治疗过敏性鼻炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察足三里穴位注射治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,对照组予以丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂,治疗组予以足三里穴位注射曲安奈德注射液治疗。结果:两组治疗4周、3个月后各鼻部症状积分和TNSS均下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗4周后总有效率86.7%,3个月后随访53.3%,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:足三里穴位注射治疗AR的近期及远期疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zusanli acupoint injection in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with fluticasone propionate nasal spray,and the treatment group were treated with Zusanli acupoint injection of triamcinolone acetonide injection.Results:After 4 weeks and 3 months of treatment,the nasal symptom scores and TNSS decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%after 4 weeks of treatment and 53.3%after 3 months of follow-up,which were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The short-term and long-term efficacy of Zusanli acupoint injection in the treatment of AR is good and safe.
