农泽宁基于脐针疗法治疗荨麻疹急性期病变

摘　　要：荨麻疹具有发病率高、速发速退、瘙痒明显,迁延难愈的特点,特别是急性期的发作,严重的影响了患者的生活、学习、工作、睡眠。脐针疗法以《易经》《中医基础理论》为基础,通过针刺脐部的神阙穴来达到平衡阴阳、祛除疾病的目的。从目前国内的的研究现状出发,对文中涉及到的荨麻疹急性期病变基本概念做了界定,进而指出了脐针疗法治疗荨麻疹急性期病变的重要性。接着介绍了荨麻疹急性期的病因病机,为随后的研究奠定了基础。然后通过对脐内八卦全息法在治疗荨麻疹急性期的应用的分析,引出了脐针治疗荨麻疹急性期的临床思路。最后,论述了脐针治疗荨麻疹急性期病变的临床医案。并在此基础上对脐针疗法治疗荨麻疹急性期病变的医案给出了建议。通过对文章的研究,得出以下主要结论:农泽宁教授通过临床运用,发现脐针疗法治疗荨麻疹急性期病变疗效显著,值得临床推广。Urticaria has the characteristics of high incidence,rapid onset,rapid regression,itching,delay and difficult to cure,especially in the acute phase of the attack,seriously affect the patient’s life,study,work,sleep.Umbilical needle therapy is based on the Book of Changes and the Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It achieves the purpose of balancing Yin and Yang and eliminating diseases by acupuncture Shenque point in the umbilical cord.Through clinical application,Professor NONG Zening found that umbilical needle has a remarkable effect on the acute stage of urticaria.Therefore,this paper starts with the etiology and pathogenesis of the acute stage of urticaria,expounds the application of Professor NONG Zening’s umbilical eight trigulosis holography in the treatment of the acute stage of urticaria,and introduces its clinical ideas combined with the case study.
