中医药治疗乳腺癌围手术期的研究进展

摘　　要：乳腺癌目前已成为全球发生率最高的癌症,其全球女性癌症死亡率居世界首位。同期,中国乳腺癌的发病率居中国女性癌症新发病例数之首,随着社会节奏加快,压力增加,城市女性的发病率逐年增高。随着手术、放化疗、内分泌治疗、靶向治疗等多学科综合诊疗的发展,乳腺癌病死率逐年下降,但围手术期出现的诸多并发症对患者的近远期预后影响较大。许多研究和实践表明,中医药治疗乳腺癌围手术期所出现的诸多症状疗效较佳。该文将从乳腺癌术前、术中及术后三个方面就目前中医药用于乳腺癌围手术期治疗的状况进行综述。Breast cancer has become the most common cancer in the world,and its female cancer mortality rate ranks first in the world.During the same period,the incidence of breast cancer in China ranked first in the number of new cancer cases among females in China.As the pace of society accelerated and the pressure increased,the incidence of urban females increased year by year.With the development of multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment,such as surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,endocrine therapy,and targeted therapy,the mortality rate of breast cancer has decreased year by year,but many perioperative complications have a greater impact on the shortterm and long-term prognosis of patients.Many studies and practices have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has a better curative effect in treating many symptoms of breast cancer in the perioperative period.This article will review the current status of traditional Chinese medicine in the perioperative treatment of breast cancer from three aspects:preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative.
