摘　　要：盆底功能障碍性疾病(pelvic floor dysfunction,PFD)是一种常见于中老年经产妇女的疾病,严重影响女性的身心健康及生活质量。对于轻、中度PFD患者,在盆底神经肌肉电刺激疗法的基础上,中医采用中药口服内治法和针灸、推拿按摩、穴位贴敷、中药熏洗等中医外治法,既能起到益气升提固脱,提高盆底功能的作用,又能巩固加强盆底神经肌肉电刺激疗法的治疗效果,且操作方便,经济实惠,安全性高,近年来临床应用广泛,该文将对中医药治疗PFD的各种疗法进行综述。Pelvic floor dysfunction(pelvic floor dysfunction,PFD)is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly multiparous women,which seriously affects women’s physical and mental health and quality of life.For patients with mild and moderate PFD,on the basis of pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy,traditional Chinese medicine adopts traditional Chinese medicine oral internal treatment and acupuncture,massage massage,acupoint application,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and other traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,which can not only play a role It has the functions of invigorating qi,improving pelvic floor function,and consolidating and strengthening the therapeutic effect of pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy.It is easy to operate,economical and safe,and has been widely used clinically in recent years.This article will focus on Various therapies of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PFD are reviewed.
