摘　　要：自20世纪70年代末至80年代初被西方学界提出以来,遗产政治已经发展成为政治学沟通文化学、社会学、考古学等友邻学科研究的重要交流平台。正是借助这一研究范式,相关研究得以揭示当下西方主导的文化遗产保护理念中“西方中心主义”思想所造成的影响。虽然针对这一问题,西方学界与国际社会分别试图从理论与实践两个方面加以修正,提出了批判遗产理论并推进了对世界遗产保护体系的改革,但相关努力仍无法从根本上消除这一问题。为回应人类社会发展赋予文化遗产事业的时代任务,应基于人类命运共同体价值观,构建具有中国特色的文化遗产保护利用理念,推动世界文化遗产保护体系向着更加包容、开放、平等的方向发展。Since it was proposed by western scholars in the late 1970s and early 1980s,heritage politics has evolved into an important exchange platform for political science to communicate with cultural studies,sociology,archaeology and other adjacent disciplines.It is through this research paradigm that relevant research can reveal the impact of"Western-centrism"in the current western-dominated concept of cultural heritage protection.Although western scholars and the inter-national community have tried to resolve this problem from both theoretical and practical aspects,and have put forward criti-cal heritage theories and promoted the reform of the world heritage protection system,relevant efforts have not been able to fundamentally eliminate this problem.In response to the tasks of the times entrusted to the cause of cultural heritage protec-tion by the development of human society,this paper proposes to build a concept of protection and utilization of cultural her-itage with Chinese characteristics based on the values of a community with a shared future for mankind,and promote the de-velopment of world cultural heritage protection system towards a more inclusive,open and equal destination.
