磺酰脲类降糖药的不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨磺酰脲类降糖药的不良反应。方法:选取2021年6月至2022年5月在山东省东明县中医医院接受磺酰脲类降糖药治疗的68名患者作为研究对象。收集分析患者的临床基础资料,统计分析患者服药后出现的不良反应。结果:应用磺酰脲类药物的全部患者中,共有14名患者(20.59%)出现了不良反应。这些不良反应以低血糖反应最为常见,其他还包括胃肠道反应、过敏反应、肝损伤及血液系统反应。结论:临床应用磺酰脲类降糖药时,患者可出现一系列不良反应,其中以低血糖为主。用药前对患者开展科学合理的用药指导能有效改善其不良反应的发生情况,进而提高临床用药的安全性。Objective:To investigate the adverse reactions of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs.Methods:A total of 68 patients treated with sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs in Dongming County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shandong Province from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as subjects.Collect and analyze the basic clinical data of patients,and statistically analyze the adverse reactions of patients after taking medicine.Results:Among all patients treated with sulfonylurea,14 patients(20.59%)had adverse reactions.Hypoglycemia was the most common adverse reaction.Other adverse reactions included gastrointestinal reactions,anaphylaxis,liver injury and hematological reactions.Conclusion:A series of adverse reactions may occur in clinical application of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs,among which hypoglycemia is the main one.Scientific and reasonable medication guidance to patients before medication can effectively improve the occurrence of adv erse reactions and improve the safety of clinical medication.
