摘　　要：目的:通过对3~12岁儿童脊柱弯曲异常筛查结果进行回顾性分析,了解有脊柱侧弯早期症状儿童的脊柱发育健康情况,为后期脊柱弯曲异常防治工作提供依据。方法:选取于2022年6月26日至2023年2月25日在南京市妇幼保健院就诊时发现脊柱侧弯早期症状的3~12岁儿童,采用身体姿态评估、Adam’s前屈试验、电子脊柱测量仪及脊柱运动试验联合进行脊柱弯曲异常筛查,并对结果进行分析。结果:本研究共筛查822名儿童,其疑似脊柱侧弯率为16.42%,姿态不良率为68.01%;女生组的疑似脊柱侧弯率略高于男生组(17.59%vs.15.66%);7~12岁组的疑似脊柱侧弯率及脊柱后凸率均显著高于3~6岁组(19.69%vs.14.29%,8.00%vs.3.22%)。结论:尽早发现脊柱侧弯的早期症状并进行筛查,有利于相关早期诊断和早期治疗,对脊柱侧弯的防治具有积极意义。Objective:Through retrospective analysis of the screening results of abnormal spinal curvature in children aged 3-12 years,to understand the spinal development and health of children with early symptoms of scoliosis,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of later abnormal spinal curvature.Methods:From June 26,2022 to February 25,2023,children aged 3 to 12 years who were admitted to Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital with early symptoms of scoliosis were selected.Body posture assessment,Adam’s flexion test,electronic spinometer and spinal motion test were combined to screen for abnormal spinal curvature,and the results were analyzed.Results:A total of 822 children were screened in this study.The rate of suspected scoliosis was 16.42%and the rate of poor posture was 68.01%.The suspected scoliosis rate was slightly higher in the female group than in the male group(17.59%vs.15.66%).The rates of suspected scoliosis and kyphosis in the 7-12 year old group were significantly higher than those in the 3-6 year old group(19.69%vs.14.29%,8.00%vs.3.22%).Conclusion:Early detection and screening of early symptoms of scoliosis is beneficial to early diagnosis and treatment,and has positive s ignificance for the prevention and treatment of scoliosis.
