摘　　要：农业转移人口城市融入是推进城乡融合发展的重要支撑,加速推动农业转移人口城市融入既是推动农业转移人口市民化的重要步骤,也是党和政府新时代新使命新作为的重要关切。文化因素是影响农业转移人口市民化的关键变量和重要参数,发挥着不可替代的重要作用。厘清农业转移人口制度文化建设不完善、农业转移人口城市融入的归属感不高、农业转移人口存储文化适应性不足、农业转移人口文化素养的物质支撑不强等文化梗阻的具体表现,强化对文化梗阻影响因素的精准分析并找到适宜的矫治对策,对提升农业转移人口城市融入效果,助力实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦具有极为重要的理论意义和深远的现实意义。The integration into city life of agricultural transfer population is an important support for promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas.Accelerating the integration into city life of agricultural transfer population is not only an important step to promote the citizenization of the agricultural transfer population,but also an important concern of the Party and the government in the new era.Cultural factors are the key variables and important parameters that affect the citizenization of the agricultural transfer population and play irreplaceable and important roles.This article clarifies the specific manifestations of cultural obstruction,such as imperfect cultural construction of the system of the agricultural transfer population,low sense of belonging to the integration into city life of agricultural transfer population,insufficient adaptability of the storage culture of the agricultural transfer population,and insufficient material support for the cultural literacy of the agricultural transfer population.Strengthening the precise analysis of influencing factors of cultural obstruction and finding appropriate corrective measures have extremely important theoretical and practical significance for improving the integration into city life effect of agricultural transfer population and helping to realize thegreat rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
