摘　　要：科技期刊是传播科技知识与促进科技进步的重要媒介,在期刊评价体系改革、期刊竞争压力激增的大背景下,科技期刊编辑职业焦虑问题凸显。为系统调研和化解科技期刊编辑的职业焦虑问题,努力提升科技期刊发展活力,采取文献调研法、案例研究法对科技期刊编辑职业焦虑表现及成因进行系统探究,并在科技期刊编辑工作特点的基础上提出面向职业焦虑的应对策略,以帮助科技期刊编辑缓解自身焦虑感,促进科技期刊与科技期刊编辑二者的和谐发展,为科技期刊编辑更好地从事工作提供有益思考。Sci-tech periodicals are important media to spread scientific and technological knowledge and promote scientific and technological progress.However the professional anxiety of sci-tech periodical editors is increasingly prominent under the background of journal evaluation system reform and periodical competition pressure surge.In order to enhance the vitality of sci-tech periodicals development and relieve the professional anxiety of sci-tech periodical editors this paper adopts literature research and case study methods to systemically analyze the performance and causes of career anxiety among sci-tech periodical editors.Based on the characteristics of editing work of sci-tech periodicals the coping strategies are proposed to help sci-tech periodical editors alleviate their own anxiety and promote the harmonious development of sci-tech periodicals and editors.Our research will provide new insights for editors of sci-tech periodicals to better engage in their work.
