摘  要:随着文献数据来源的多元化发展,创新型的文献评价指标越来越多。这些评价指标从多个角度提供了科技期刊的诸多文献计量数据,多方位展示了科技期刊的发展历程。爱思唯尔启用的新版CiteScore指标,就是采用文献计量法和统计分析法,针对Scopus数据库收录文献给出的一组新的评价指标。通过对比CiteScore改版前后的差异及其与常用影响因子的异同,同时实证分析CSCD中的石油天然气类期刊的指标,显示CiteScore和传统影响因子的计算方法大同小异,优缺点并存。期刊出版和管理者应避免对CiteScore和传统影响因子等指标的过度追逐,正确认识、合理利用期刊评价指标。With the diversified development of literature data sources there are more and more innovative literature evaluation indicators.These evaluation indicators provide a lot of bibliometric data of scientific and technological journals from multiple perspectives and show the development process of scientific and technological journals from multiple perspectives.The new version of CiteScore indicators launched by Elsevier is a new set of evaluation indicators for the documents included in the Scopus database by using bibliometrics and statistical analysis methods.By comparing the differences between CiteScore before and after the revision and its similarities and differences with common impact factors and by empirical analysis of the indicators of oil and gas journals in CSCD it is shown that the calculation methods of CiteScore and traditional impact factors are much the same with both advantages and disadvantages.Periodical publishers and managers should avoid excessive pursuit of CiteScore and traditional impact factors and other indicators and correctly understand and reasonably use journal evaluation indicators.
