摘 要:利用双流体模型对有机硅单体合成流化床进行模拟,研究在一定开孔率下不同气速与不同粒级硅粉对流化特性的影响.在此基础上,进一步探讨硅粉的粒径与分布板开孔率之间的关系,为工艺参数与分布板开孔率的选择提供理论指导.结果表明:入口气速为1.1 Umf、硅粉粒径为4.67×10^(-5)m时颗粒流态更加稳定,有助于气固混合;分布板开孔率与硅粉粒径负相关,用低开孔率的分布板流化较大粒径的硅粉,高开孔率的分布板流化较小粒径的硅粉,有助气固混合均匀,提高流化质量.The TMF was to simulate the fluidized bed of organic silicon monomer synthesis,and the effects of dif-ferent gas velocities and different particle sizes of silicon powder on the fluidization characteni stics under a certain opening ratio were studied.On this basis,the relationship between the particle size of silicon powder and the 0-pening ratio of the distribution plate was further explored,which provides theoretical guidance for the selection of process parameters and the opening ratio of the distribution plate.The results show that the particle flow pattern is more stable when the inlet gas velocity is 1.1 times the minimum fluidization velocity and the particle size of silicon powder is 4.67×10^(-5)m,which is helpful for gas-solid mixing.The opening ratio of the distribution plate is negatively correlated with the particle size of the silicon powder.The distri bution plate with low opening ratio is used to fluidize the silicon powder with larger particle size,and the distribution plate with high opening ra-tio is used to fluidize the silicon powder with smaller particle size,which can help the gas-solid mixing and im-prove the fluidization quality.
