摘 要:民航机场的应急响应和救援工作的主要目标是在航空交通灾害临近或已发生时,在有效时间内快速采取救援行动、有效施救,避免或减少生命和财产的损失,尽快恢复机场的正常运行,将对维持航空器运行方面的影响减至最小。本文的研究旨在通过对移动终端设备连接验证方法以及通信连接方式方法的改善和提高,完善机场应急响应系统的时效性和可靠性;并通过融合机场移动地图的可视化、数字化技术,实现对移动终端设备在机场内的实时监控和调度,提高在机场范围内应急救援的效率。在应对航空突发安全事件时,辅助空管和航空公司协同机场进行应急响应和救援的工作。The main goal of emergency response and rescue work in civil aviation airports is to quickly take rescue actions within an effective time when an air traffic disaster is approaching or has occurred, avoid or reduce the loss of life and property, restore the normal operation of the airport as soon as possible and minimize the impact on aircraft operations. This paper aims to improve the timeliness and reliability of the airport emergency response system through the improvement of the mobile terminal device connection verification method and communication connection method, and to realize real-time monitoring and scheduling of terminal device in the airport and improve the efficiency of emergency rescue within the airport through visualization and digital technology integrating airport mobile map. When responding to aviation emergencies, the system can assist air traffic controllers and airlines in cooperating with airports in emergency response and rescue.
