摘 要:采用单因素和响应曲面法对兰炭基活性炭制备工艺条件进行优化,分别讨论活化温度、活化时间和浸渍比对活性炭亚甲基蓝吸附值和收率的影响。实验得出活化影响因素由大到小顺序为:活化温度、活化时间、浸渍比。最佳工艺条件为:活化温度850℃、活化时间12h、浸渍比3∶1。最佳条件下亚甲基蓝吸附值1 224.9 mg·g^(-1),收率65.89%。The preparation process conditions of blue carbon-based activated carbon were optimized by single factor and response surface method,and the effects of activation temperature,activation time and impregnation ratio on the adsorption value and yield of activated carbon methylene blue were discussed respectively.The results showed that the activation factors in descending order were as follows:activation temperature,activation time,and impregnation ratio.The optimum process conditions were as follows:activation temperature of 850℃,activation time of 12 h,and impregnation ratio of 3∶1.Under the optimal conditions,the adsorption value of methylene blue was 1224.9 mg·g^(-1),and the yield was 65.89%.
