摘  要:对HZSM-5分子筛进行水热处理,通过XRD、XRF、N_(2)吸附-脱附、NH_(3)-TPD、Py-FTIR等手段表征催化剂的组成、结构及酸性变化,在固定床反应器上评价催化性能。结果表明:经水热处理后的分子筛晶相结构仍然完整,主要变化是出现了介孔结构,酸量降低,B/L值增加。这些变化降低了反应的扩散阻力,减少了积碳的形成,增加了BTX选择性。相同反应条件下,100℃水热处理的催化剂的性能提升最明显,与未处理的催化剂相比,寿命延长了108 h,油相收率增加了6.71%,BTX选择性提高了2.58%。HZSM-5 molecular sieve was subjected to hydrothermal treatment,and changes of the composition,structure and acid properties were characterized with XRD,XRF,N_(2) adsorption-desorption,NH_(3)-TPD and Py-FTIR.The catalytic performance was evaluated on a fixed bed reactor.The results showed that the crystalline phase structure of the molecular sieve after hydrothermal treatment was still intact.The main changes were the appearance of mesoporous structure,the decrease of acid amounts,and the increase of B/L ratio.These changes reduced the diffusion resistance of the reaction,reduced the formation of carbon deposits,and increased the BTX selectivity.Under the same reaction conditions,the performance improvement of the hydrothermal treatment catalyst at 100℃was the most obvious.Compared with the untreated catalyst,the life span was extended by 108 h,the oil phase yield increased by 6.71%,and the BTX selectivity increased by 2.58%.
