摘 要:以减压渣油、乙烯焦油为原料,进行了生焦趋势考察,并采用常规工业焦化条件,在中型延迟焦化试验装置上考察了减压渣油中掺炼10%(质量分数,下同)乙烯焦油后焦化产品分布及产品性质变化情况。结果表明:与VR相比,ET存在低温度、短时间内的易结焦倾向,VR中掺兑ET后,结焦时间较单纯VR体系显著提前,工业装置上可能表现为原料油换热过程结焦及加热炉炉管结焦,影响焦化装置开工周期;VR中掺炼ET,在产品分布上可提高焦化柴油收率,降低焦炭产率;工业操作中,将焦化柴油馏分初馏点后移,可改善其十六烷值。The coking tendencies of vacuum residue and ethylene tar were investigated.Under conventional industrial coking conditions,the change of the distribution of coking products and the properties of products after mixing 10%(mass fraction)ethylene tar into vacuum residue was investigated on a medium delayed coking unit.The results showed that,ET tended to be easy to coking in a short time and at low temperature compared with VR.After mixing ET into VR,the coking time was significantly shorter than that of pure VR system,causing the coking in the heat transfer process of feed oil and in the tube of heating furnace in industrial units,affecting the operation period of coking units.The blending of ET in VR increased the yield of coking diesel and reduced the yield of coke in terms of product distribution.And in practical industrial operation,it can be considered to move the initial boiling point of coking diesel oil backward,which can improve the cetane number of coking diesel while increasing the octane number of gasoline.
