摘 要:某炼化企业加氢裂解装置在开工过程中发生了循环氢热高分气换热器筒体开裂泄漏。类似案例在国内其他炼化企业多次发生,开裂部位大体区域呈相同或径向对称现象。因此,如何从装备全生命周期管理即设备先期设计、制造、检验检测、安装施工、运行管理和维护检修现场等方面规避此类风险,且如何在失效现象出现后进行高效、优质和可靠的返修处理,是炼化企业日常生产活动中亟待解决的问题。通过对失效机理进行校核和分析,给出风险削减模式,并提出整套的返修方案及后评价,切实保障该型装备及其所在装置安、满、长、稳、优运行。In one refining and chemical enterprise,cracking and leakage occurred on the cylinder of heat exchanger of the circulating hydrogen and hot HP gas separator of the hydrocracking unit during operation.Similar cases have occurred many times in other domestic refining and chemical enterprises.The general area of the cracked part is the same or radially symmetric.Therefore,how to avoid such risks from the aspects of equipment life-cycle management,such as preliminary design of equipment,manufacturing,inspection and testing,installation and construction,operation management,maintenance and overhaul site,as well as how to carry out efficient,high-quality and reliable repair after failure is an urgent problem to be solved in the daily production activities of refining and chemical enterprises.Through checking and analyzing the failure mechanisms,the risk reduction mode was put forward,as well as a complete set of repair plans and post evaluation,so as to effectively ensure the long,full,safe and stable operation of this type of equipment and its devices.
