摘  要:随着深井、特殊地层天然气的开采,储层温度越来越高,地层水含盐量增加,导致常规起泡剂难以达到采气要求。以脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺为原料,通过酯的胺解反应制备出耐温耐盐起泡剂ZFA,并对其耐温性和耐盐性进行评价,结果表明:ZFA受温度影响相对较小,且在90℃时气泡体积仍然较大;ZFA起泡体积随矿化度的增大而呈减小的趋势,但在于矿化度为100 000 mg·L^(-1)情况下仍然能够保持较大的起泡体积,此外EDTA掩蔽剂的加入可在一定程度上缓解钙、镁等离子对泡沫稳定性的影响,当其质量分数达0.2%以后,所产生影响并不显著。与同类型的起泡剂产品相比,ZFA具有较强的耐温耐盐性能,优势较为明显。With the extraction of natural gas from deep wells and special formations,the reservoir temperature is getting higher and higher,and the salt content of formation water is increasing,which makes it difficult for conventional foaming agents to meet the gas recovery requirements.In this paper,ZFA,a temperature and salt resistant foaming agent,was prepared by amination reaction of esters with sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate and N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine as raw materials,and its temperature and salt resistance were evaluated.The results showed that,ZFA was relatively little affected by temperature,and the bubble volume was still large at 90℃;the volume of ZFA foaming showed a decreasing trend with the increase of mineralization degree,but it still maintained a large foam volume when the salinity was 100000 mg·L^(-1),and the addition of EDTA masking agent could alleviate the influence of calcium and magnesium ions on foam stability to a certain extent,and the effect was not significant after its mass fraction reaching 0.2%.Compared with the same type of foaming agent products,ZFA had a strong temperature and salt resistance,the advantages were more obvious.
