摘 要:随着氢能的广泛应用,输氢管道也成为了至关重要的一环。由于氢渗透造成材料的氢腐蚀,使输氢管道材料成为制约。主要介绍了3种国内外含氢输送管道研发方向:一是关于通过冶金和热处理来净化钢材、改变组织成分开发的纯净钢;二是通过在材料表面制备涂镀的阻氢层阻碍氢原子渗入基体;三是通过气体抑制剂来抑制氢原子在管线表面的吸附,可有效减少氢渗透。最后,对这3种技术提出了发展展望。With the wide application of hydrogen energy,hydrogen transmission pipeline has become a crucial link.The hydrogen corrosion of materials caused by hydrogen permeation restricts the materials of hydrogen transmission pipeline.In this paper,three research and development directions of hydrogen containing transmission pipeline at home and abroad were mainly introduced.One is about pure steel developed by metallurgy and heat treatment to purify steel and change its structure and composition;The second is to prevent hydrogen atoms from penetrating into the substrate by preparing a hydrogen barrier coating on the material surface;Third,the adsorption of hydrogen atoms on the pipeline surface is inhibited by gas inhibitors,which can effectively reduce hydrogen penetration.At last,the development prospects of the three technologies were put forward.
