摘 要:废弃油基/合成基钻井液的热蒸馏、化学破乳和溶剂萃取等处理技术,难以实现现场应用,且会造成钻井液材料的浪费。采用油溶性化学絮凝剂,通过分析絮凝剂添加前后密度、固相含量和流变性能参数的变化情况,对渤海油田合成基钻井液体系进行室内絮凝评价和现场应用研究。结果表明:絮凝剂的添加对钻井液中微小有害固相具有絮凝作用,室内评价在2 800 r·min^(-1)、3 min的离心分离条件下,当加量为1%时,较不添加絮凝剂相比,固相去除率提升7.7%,絮凝剂的添加对钻井液的流变稳定性和乳化稳定性影响不大,此后随着絮凝剂加量的增大,固相去除率增长趋势不再显著,且热滚后初切降低明显,建议絮凝剂的加量控制在1%或以下;利用该油溶性絮凝剂在渤海油田JZ25-1B进行应用测试,药剂加量1%的情况下,离心机的固相去除率与不添加絮凝剂相比提升4%,絮凝离心后的液相可直接返回钻井液循环系统,最大程度实现钻井液的资源化利用。Treatment technologies such as thermal distillation,chemical demulsification and solvent extraction of waste oil-based/synthetic-based drilling fluid are difficult to realize field application,which will cause waste of drilling fluid materials.In this paper,the laboratory flocculation and field application of synthetic base drilling fluid system in Bohai oilfield were studied by using oil soluble chemical flocculant.The analysis results of density,solid content and rheological property before and after flocculant addition showed that flocculant addition had flocculation effect on micro harmful solids in drilling fluid.Under the centrifugal separation condition of 2800 r·min^(-1) and 3 min,when the dosage of flocculant was 1%,the solid phase removal rate was 7.7%higher than that without flocculant.The addition of flocculant had little effect on the rheological stability and emulsion stability of drilling fluid.Thereafter,with the increase of flocculant dosage,the increase trend of solid phase removal rate was no longer significant,and the initial cut after hot rolling gradually decreased.Therefore,the dosage of flocculant should be controlled at 1%or less.The application test of the oil soluble flocculant in Bohai oilfield JZ25-1B showed that when the dosage of the flocculant was 1%,the solid phase removal rate of the centrifuge was increased by 4%compared with that without flocculant,which was basically consistent with the laboratory evaluation result.The liquid phase after flocculation and centrifugation could be directly returned to the drilling fluid circulating system to maximize the resource utilization of drilling fluid.
