摘  要:为了提高煤层气井泡沫排水采气的效率,以脂肪酸、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺单体、氢氧化钠和氯乙酸为主要原料,制备了一种适合煤层气井用的新型泡沫排水剂PSY-1,并评价了其表面活性、起泡性能、耐温性能以及抗盐性能等。结果表明:新型泡沫排水剂PSY-1具有良好的表面活性和起泡性能,当其质量分数为0.5%时,表面张力值可以达到20.8 mN·m^(-1),发泡体积可以达到500 mL以上,泡沫半衰期也可以达到1 000 s以上,起泡性能明显优于其他常用起泡剂。此外,新型泡沫排水剂PSY-1还具有良好的耐温性能、抗盐性能和抗甲醇性能,能够适应高温、高矿化度以及高浓度甲醇环境,满足煤层气井泡沫排水采气施工的需求。In order to improve the efficiency of foam drainage and gas recovery in CBM wells,a new foam drainage agent PSY-1 suitable for coalbed methane wells was prepared by using fatty acids,N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine monomer,sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid as raw materials,and its surface activity,foaming property,temperature resistance and salt resistance were evaluated.The experimental results showed that the new foam drainage agent PSY-1 had good surface activity and foaming properties.When its mass fraction was 0.5%,the surface tension value reached 20.8 mN·m^(-1),the foaming volume was more than 500 mL,the half-life of the foam was more than 1000 s,and the foaming property was obviously better than other common foaming agents.In addition,the new foam drainage agent PSY-1 also had good temperature resistance,salt resistance and methanol resistance.It can adapt to the environment of high temperature,high salinity and high concentration methanol,and meet the needs of construction of foam drainage and gas recovery in CBM wells.
