摘 要:以Y两优9918为供试品种,比较研究了长期淹水与间歇灌溉对头季和再生季产量与镉积累转运的影响。结果表明,间歇灌溉显著提高水稻有效穗数和千粒重,使头季稻增产6.35%,再生季增产23.33%,两季合计增产11.83%。灌溉方式对再生季产量各节位贡献的影响不大。间歇灌溉显著提高土壤有效镉含量、头季与再生季植株各器官镉含量,且成熟期各器官镉含量增幅有差异,头季表现根>茎>穗>叶,而再生季镉含量增幅较大的器官为稻桩、茎和穗,根、叶镉含量增幅相对较小。间歇灌溉显著提高头季和再生季的颖壳与糙米镉含量,但再生季糙米镉含量增幅小于头季稻。灌浆中期—成熟期为再生季穗镉积累的最主要生育阶段,再生季颖壳与糙米镉含量随节位降低而提高。水分管理对头季与再生季各时期器官镉转移系数的影响存在差异,再生季茎、叶、穗与稻桩镉转移系数一般以间歇灌溉处理较大。The effects of long-term flooding and intermittent irrigation on yield and cadmium accumulation and transport in main crop rice and ratooning rice were compared with Y Liangyou 9918 as the material.The results showed that intermittent irrigation significantly increased the number of effective panicles and 1000-grain weight of rice,and increased the yield by 6.35%in the main crop,23.33%in the ratooning season,and 11.83%in the total of two seasons.The water management method had little effect on the contribution of each node to the yield of ratooning rice.Intermittent irrigation significantly increased the available soil Cd content and the Cd content in all organs of plants of main crop rice and ratooning rice.The Cd content increased differently in the organs at maturity stage under the intermittent irrigation.In the main crop,the increase of Cd content showed the trend of root>stem>panicle>leaf,while in the ratooning season,the Cd content increased more in rice stubbles,stems and panicles,and the Cd content increased less in roots and leaves.Intermittent irrigation significantly increased the Cd content of glume and brown rice in main crop and ratooning season,but the Cd content of brown rice in the ratooning season increased less than that in the main crop.The main growth stage of panicle Cd accumulation in ratooning season was from mid-filling to maturity,and the Cd content in glume and brown rice of ratooning season increased with the decrease of node position.There were differences in the effects of water management on Cd transfer coefficient of organs at different growth stages in the main crop and ratooning rice,and the Cd transfer coefficient of stems,leaves,panicles and stubbles of ratooning rice was generally greater under intermittent irrigation.
