摘　　要：利用变异系数法、改进熵值法、耦合协调度函数对新疆伊宁市旅游、经济与环境耦合协调发展程度进行了量化研究。研究表明:近六年来,综合效益评价值波动起伏,三者处于较为复杂的耦合关系中。耦合协调发展由初级转变为中级,有持续增长的潜力。目前,伊宁市主要聚焦于旅游与经济发展,应加大对生态环境的保护和污染源的治理。将生态环境建设放到突出位置,要突出环境保护与旅游、经济发展之间互惠共生和可持续发展。The degree of coupled and coordinated development of tourism,economy and environment in Yining City,Xinjiang was quantified by using the coefficient of variation method,improved entropy method and coupled coordination degree function.The study shows that in the past six years,the comprehensive benefit assessment value fluctuates and fluctuates,and the three are in a more complex coupling relationship.The coupled and coordinated development has changed from primary to intermediate,with potential for sustained growth.At present,Yining City mainly focuses on tourism and economic development,and should increase the protection of ecological environment and the management of pollution sources.Putting ecological environment construction into a prominent position,the mutual symbiosis and sustainable development of environmental protection and tourism and economic development should be highlighted.
