通辽市科左后旗特色产业扶贫模式及绩效探究

摘　　要：产业扶贫是脱贫致富的主要方式,伴随全国脱贫攻坚目标任务的全面如期完成,扶贫模式竞相出现。科左后旗经过产业扶贫的实践探索,形成了“三位一体”特色产业扶贫模式,成效显著。民族地区产业扶贫的建议:强化特色性产业扶贫策略、制定提升贫困户内在状态的策略、利益联结机制是影响产业链利益分配的重要因素、产业销售链条的形成是贫困户脱贫致富的外在保障,这些策略为处于巩固脱贫成果实现产业兴旺发展的助力民族地区乡村振兴提供借鉴与参考。Industrial poverty alleviation is the main way to get rid of poverty and get rich.Along with the comprehensive completion of the national target task of poverty eradication as scheduled,poverty alleviation models are competing to appear.After the practical exploration of industrial poverty alleviation,Kezuo Houqi has formed the"trinity"characteristic industrial poverty alleviation model with remarkable effect.These strategies can provide reference for consolidating the poverty alleviation results and helping rural revitalization in ethnic areas to achieve prosperous industrial development.
