摘　　要：黑龙江流域鄂温克族体育文化资源禀赋深厚,具有地域性、功能性、节庆性、民族性等特征。鄂温克族体育文化产业保护性开发的原则应立足本土文化特色,坚持供给与需求并重、保护与创新并重,坚持可持续发展,统筹兼顾经济效益、社会效益、生态效益、文化效益;保护性开发的模式为:民族体育文化产业与旅游业融合发展,民族体育文化产业与民族演艺产业相结合,“校企合作”的后备人才培养模式,民族体育文化产业与民族运动赛事相结合,民族体育文化产业与传媒产业相结合。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法对黑龙江流域鄂温克族体育文化产业保护性开发策略进行研究,以期为黑龙江省经济发展、文化建设、社会生活等起到积极促进作用。Ewenki sports culture in Heilongjiang River Basin is endowed with profound resources and has characteristics of locality,functionality,festivity and ethnicity.The principles of protective development of Ewenki sports culture industry should be based on local cultural characteristics,adhere to the supply and demand,protection and innovation,sustainable development,and take into account the economic,social,ecological and cultural benefits;the mode of protective development is:integration of national sports culture industry and tourism,combination of national sports culture industry and national performing arts industry.The model of"school-enterprise cooperation"for the training of reserve talents,the combination of ethnic sports and cultural industries with ethnic sports events,and the combination of ethnic sports and cultural industries with media industries.The literature method,expert interview method and logical analysis method are used to study the protective development strategy of Ewenki sports and culture industry in Heilongjiang River Basin,in order to play a positive role in promoting economic development,cultural construction and social life in Heilongjiang Province.
