摘　　要：试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的黄芪多糖(APS)对断奶仔兔生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清生化及免疫器官指数的影响。选取240只35日龄断奶仔兔,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只兔。对照组为基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加100、200、400 mg/kg的黄芪多糖。试验期35 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,日粮中添加200 mg/kg APS显著提高了断奶仔兔的平均日增重,显著降低料重比(P<0.05);提高了干物质、有机物、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维及能量的表观消化率(P<0.05);显著提高断奶仔兔血清中葡萄糖、甘油三酯、总蛋白、白蛋白、胸腺指数、圆小囊指数、免疫球蛋白A和免疫球蛋白G的含量(P<0.05),显著降低谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加APS可以改善仔兔生长性能、促进机体代谢、提高免疫功能,APS的适宜添加量为200 mg/kg。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of different levels of Astragalus polysaccharide(APS)added to the diet on growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,serum biochemical and immune organ index of weaned rabbits.A total of two hundred and forty 35-day-old weaned rabbits were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and 10 rabbits in each replicate.The control group was basal diet,and the experimental group was supplemented with 100,200 and 400 mg/kg of APS in basal diet.The trial period was 35 days.The results showed that adding 200 mg/kg of APS to the diet significantly increased the average daily gain(P<0.05),significantly decreased the feed to gain ratio(P<0.05).adding 200 mg/kg of APS to diet significantly increased dry matter,organic matter,Neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and energy digestibility of weaned rabbits compared with the control group(P<0.05).APS could significantly increased serum glucose,triglycerides,total protein,albumin,thymus index,sacculus rotundus index,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin G content in weaned rabbits(P<0.05),which significantly decreased aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activity(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding APS to the diet can improve the growth performance,promote the metabolism and improve the immune function of the weaned rabbits.The appropriate dosage of APS is 200 mg/kg.
