摘　　要：目前,我国蛋鸡养殖向规模化、集约化发展,但规模化养殖会引发蛋鸡应激加剧、疾病频发等问题。禁抗环境下,寻求安全高效、质量可控的绿色饲料添加剂具有广阔的应用前景。维生素E具有安全性、有效性、质量可控等特点,已经在蛋鸡生产中取得了较好的应用效果。文章简要概述维生素E的组成、理化性质、生理功能、作用机理及其在蛋鸡日粮中的应用,并对维生素E的现状进行总结与展望,以期为维生素E进一步在蛋鸡日粮中的应用提供参考。At present,the large-scale development of laying hens breeding is being carried out in a positive and intensive manner.However,the large-scale breeding will lead to the aggravation of stress and frequent disease occurrence of laying hens.It has a broad application prospect to seek safe,efficient and controllable green feed additives under the environment of anti-drug prohibition.Vitamin E has the characteristics of safety,effectiveness,quality control and so on,which has achieved good application effect in laying hens.The paper briefly summarizes the composition,physical and chemical properties,physiological functions,action mechanism of vitamin E and its application in laying hens'diets,summarizes and prospects the current status of vitamin E,to provide reference for further development of vitamin E and its application in laying hens'diet.
