摘　　要：毛泽东既不是神,也不是神一样的人,而是一名普普通通的人。他之所以能够成为中国共产党的伟大缔造者之一和中国革命的伟大领袖,绝对不是因为生而有之的“领袖禀赋”,而是因为他从青年时代开始就付出了比一般人更多的辛劳与勤奋,读了比一般人更多的书本,比一般人更多地了解中国社会的实际情况,而且内心中充满了社会关怀和国家情怀。有了这些品质,青年毛泽东还努力实现自我的社会化,从“出乡关”走向社会,到用自己的文采赢得他人的认可,到打造组织化传播平台不断扩大自己的影响,最后通过大众媒介成为当时在湖南乃至北京、上海等地都具有重要影响力的青年知识分子及社会活动家,从而被早期马克思主义传播者李大钊、陈独秀等认可和接纳,最终成为一名马克思主义者。这是青年毛泽东学习的过程,也是一个从自我传播、组织化传播到大众传播,而最终成功实现社会化的过程。虽然青年毛泽东还不一定知道何谓传播,但他自觉或不自觉地掌握了传播艺术,实现了从一名普通知识分子向职业革命家的成功转型。Mao Zedong was neither a god nor a god-like man,but an ordinary man.The reason why Mao Zedong was able to become one of the great founders of the Communist Party of China and the great leader of the Chinese revolution was definitely not a“leadership endowment”he was born with,but since his youth,he has paid more hard work and diligence than ordinary people,read more books than ordinary people,understood the actual situation of Chinese society more than ordinary people,and is full of social care and national feelings in his heart.With these virtues,the young Mao Zedong also worked hard to realize self-socialization,from"going out of the countryside"to society,to using his own literary brilliance to gain the recognition of others,to build an organized communication platform to continuously expand his influence,and finally through the mass media,he became a young intellectual social activist with important influence in Hunan and even Beijing,Shanghai and other places at that time,thus being recognized and accepted by the early Marxist communicators Li Dazhao and Chen Duxiu,and finally successfully transformed into a Marxist.This is the process of young Mao Zedong's learning,and it is also a process from self-propagation,organized communication to mass communication,and finally successful socialization.Although the young Mao Zedong did not necessarily know what communication was,he consciously or unconsciously mastered the art of communication,and achieved a successful transformation from an ordinary intellectual to a professional revolutionary.
