摘　　要：《体育之研究》是我国第一篇以近代科学教育观点系统论述体育理论与实践关联的光辉著作,其作为毛泽东关于体育价值取向研究的重要代表作,标志着毛泽东体育思想的形成。本文以《体育之研究》为出发点,认真研究毛泽东体育思想中体育与人的全面发展的关系,深入解读体育在强健身体、增进知识、调剂感情、磨炼意志中的作用,并且从三个方面总结毛泽东体育思想中体育与人的全面发展关系的当代启示。Sports Research is the first brilliant work in China that systematically discussed the relationship between sports theory and practice from the perspective of modern scientific education.It is an important representative work of Mao Zedong on the research of sports value orientation.It marked the formation of Mao Zedong's sports thought.By taking Sports Research as the starting point of studying,this paper carefully studied the relationship between sports and all-round development of people in Mao Zedong's sports thought,it deeply interpreted the role of sports in strengthening the body,improving knowledge,adjusting feelings,and tempering the will.It summarized the contemporary enlightenment of the relationship between sports and all-round development of people in Mao Zedong's sports thought from three aspects.
