摘 要:目的探讨ABO血型与广东潮汕地区恶性肿瘤发病风险的关系。方法采用卡方检验分析汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院45890例恶性肿瘤患者和汕头市中心血站42465例健康献血者中ABO血型分布差异。结果在各种主要类型恶性肿瘤中,食管癌和头颈部癌的ABO血型分布与正常人群分布存在差异,具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.16,P<0.05;χ^(2)=74.36,P<0.05)。B型人群为食管癌和头颈部癌高风险人群(OR=1.09,95%CI=1.03~1.15,P<0.05;OR=1.46,95%CI=1.34~1.60,P<0.05);A型和O型人群是头颈部癌低风险人群(OR=0.87,95%CI=0.79~0.96,P<0.05;OR=0.83,95%CI=0.76~0.90,P<0.05)。结论潮汕地区汉族人食管癌和头颈部癌患者ABO血型分布与正常人群可能存在差异,提示不同血型可能与食管癌和头颈部癌的发生存在关联。Objective To investigate the relationship between ABO blood types and the risk of malignant tumors in Chaoshan area,Guangdong.Methods Chi-square test was used to analyze the distribution of ABO blood types between 45890 patients with malignant tumors from the Cancer Hospital of Shantou University Medical College and 42465 healthy blood donors from Shantou Central Blood Bank.Results Among the main types of malignant tumors,the distributions of ABO blood types in patients with esophageal cancer or head and neck cancer were significantly different from that in the normal population(χ^(2)=11.16,P<0.05;χ^(2)=74.36,P<0.05;respectively).People with type B were identified with high risk of esophageal cancer and head and neck cancer(0R=1.09,95%CI=1.03-1.15,P<0.05;0R=1.46,95%CI=1.34-1.60,P<0.05),whereas those with type A or 0 were identified with low risk of head and neck cancer(OR=0.87,95%CI=0.79-0.96,P<0.05;OR=0.83,95%CI=0.76-0.90,P<0.05).Conclusion AB0 blood type distribution in patients with esophageal cancer or head and neck cancer in Chaoshan area may be different from that in normal population,suggesting that different ABO blood types may be associated with the risk of esophageal cancer and head and neck cancer.
