摘  要:[目的]探索发现结构新颖且具有较高生物活性的含1,2,4-三唑的嘧啶类化合物。[方法]以2-烷硫基-5-氰基-6-硫甲基嘧啶-4-胺为原料合成了一系列的含1,2,4-三唑的嘧啶类化合物。[结果]合成了43个新的含1,2,4-三唑的嘧啶类化合物,通过1H NMR和HR-MS确证其结构,并筛选了目标化合物的生物活性。[结论]活性测试结果表明,部分化合物具有较好的除草和杀虫活性,可进一步深入研究。[Aims]This study aims to discover pyrimidine derivatives containing 1,2,4-triazole with new structure and good biological activities.[Methods]2-(Alkylthio)-5-carbonitrile-6-(methylthio)pyrimidine-4-amines were employed as the starting materials to synthesize a series of pyrimidine derivatives containing 1,2,4-triazole.[Results]43 Novel pyrimidine compounds containing 1,2,4-triazole were successfully synthesized.Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and HR-MS,and their bioactivities were screened.[Conclusions]The preliminary bioassay demonstrated that some of the target compounds exhibited good herbicidal and insecticidal activities,which were worthy for further study.
