摘 要:[目的]开发合格的防治小麦白粉病的22%丙硫菌唑·寡聚酸碘悬乳剂产品。[方法]试验通过湿法研磨对表面活性剂、增稠剂、防冻剂等不同助剂进行种类及用量的筛选,确定最佳配方。通过田间药效试验研究了其对小麦白粉病的防治效果。[结果]较优配方为丙硫菌唑20%、寡聚酸碘2%、0201B 4%、14105 2%、黄原胶0.2%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、白炭黑1%、乙二醇4%、1522 0.5%、水补足至100%。该制剂经冷贮热贮后,外观稳定,无分层、结块等现象,有效成分悬浮率达到95%以上,分散性好。在一定稀释倍数范围内,表面张力和接触角均小于清水对照,叶面铺展性好。[结论]该制剂各项指标符合悬乳剂的要求。田间药效试验结果说明该产品对小麦白粉病的防治效果较好,可以在防治小麦白粉病上推广使用。[Aims]To develop a qualified prothioconazole·iodine oligosaccharide acids 22%suspo-emulsion for the control of wheat powdery mildew.[Methods]Through wet grinding,different kinds and amounts of surfactants,thickeners,antifreeze and other additives were screened to determine the best formula.The control effect on wheat powdery mildew was studied by field efficacy test.[Results]The optimal formula was prothioconazole 20%,iodein oligosacchride acids 2%,0201B 4%,141052%,xanthan gum 0.2%,magnesium aluminum silicate 0.5%,white carbon black 1%,ethylene glycol 4%,15220.5%,and water supplement to 100%.The formulation had a stable appearance after cold or hot storage,without layering,caking and other phenomena.The suspension rate of the effective components is more than 95%,which showed the formulation dispersed well.Within a certain dilution ratio,the surface tension and contact angle are less than that of the water control,and the leaf spreading is good.[Conclusions]The indexes of this formulation meet the requirements of suspo-emulsion.The results of field efficacy test showed that the product had good control effect on wheat powdery mildew,and it could be popularized in the control of wheat powdery mildew.
