摘 要:[目的]明确贵州各地区茶叶中高效氯氟氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和联苯菊酯农药的残留水平及相关膳食风险。[方法]样品通过乙腈提取,经石墨化碳黑-氨基复合固相萃取柱(Carb/NH2小柱)净化,气相色谱检测结果,并对一般人群的膳食风险做出了初步评价。[结果]贵州茶叶中高效氯氟氰菊酯检出率为5.00%,残留量在0.05~0.25 mg/kg之间;溴氰菊酯检出率为14.50%,残留量在0.05~1.20 mg/kg之间;联苯菊酯检出率较高(23.00%),残留量在0.05~1.40 mg/kg之间。贵州茶叶中3种农药的慢性膳食风险(%ADI)和急性膳食风险(%ARfD)范围分别为0.03%~0.19%、1.50%~18.00%,2种膳食风险均小于100%,为可接受风险。茶叶中3种农药的慢性、急性累积摄入风险危害指数HI分别为0.34%、22.50%,均小于100%,为可接受风险。[结论]贵州茶叶中残留的高效氯氟氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和联苯菊酯对一般人群所产生的慢性、急性膳食风险均在可接受范围内,对人类健康不构成威胁。[Aims]This study aims to clarify the residue levels and related dietary risks of 3 pyrethroid pesticides,lambda-cyhalothrin,deltamethrin and bifenthrin,in tea leaves from different areas in Guizhou.[Methods]The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and detected by GC after being purified by graphitized carbon black-amino composite solid phase extraction column(Carb/NH2 small column),and an assessment of the dietary risk in the general population was preliminarily evaluated.[Results]The detection rate of lambda-cyhalothrin in Guizhou tea was 5.00%,the residual amount was between 0.05 and 0.25 mg/kg;the detection rate of deltamethrin was 14.50%,and the residual amount was between 0.05 and 1.20 mg/kg;the detection rate of bifenthrin was 23.00%,and the residual amount was between 0.05 and 1.40 mg/kg.The risk of chronic dietary intake(%ADI)of the 3 pesticides in Guizhou tea ranged from 0.03%to 0.19%,while the risk of acute dietary intake(%ARfD)ranged from 1.50%to 18.00%,and both of the diet risks which were less than 100%were acceptable.The chronic and acute cumulative intake hazard indices HI of the 3 pesticides in tea were 0.34%and 22.50%respectively,both less than 100%,which were acceptable.[Conclusions]The chronic and acute dietary intake risks of residual lambda-cyhalothrin,deltamethrin and bifenthrin in Guizhou tea to the general population were acceptable and would not pose a threat to human health.
