摘  要:[目的]旨在为不同植物生长调节剂对小麦萌发期的抗旱栽培应用提供依据。[方法]采用20%PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,研究矮壮素、冠菌素、14-羟基芸苔素甾醇、萘乙酸和多效唑5种植物生长调节物质对小麦萌发期相关性状指标的影响。[结果]14-羟基芸苔素甾醇、冠菌素和萘乙酸随着处理质量浓度的增大萌发期特性呈现先上升后下降的趋势,而矮壮素和多效唑对小麦种子萌发呈现抑制趋势,并且浓度越高抑制率越高。其中14-羟基芸苔素甾醇在质量浓度1.5、2.5 mg/L和冠菌素在2.5 mg/L处理下,小麦种子萌发期抗旱综合评价值最高。综合评价值与各项指标的抗旱性度量值的关联程度由高到低为相对活力指数>相对贮藏转运率>相对根长>相对发芽率>相对发芽指数>相对芽长>相对发芽势>相对根数>相对根冠比。[结论]在小麦萌发期,较宜选用14-羟基芸苔素甾醇和冠菌素进行抗旱药剂浸种。[Aims]This study aims to provide a basis for the application of different plant growth regulators in drought-resistant cultivation of wheat during germination.[Methods]Drought stress was simulated by 20%PEG-6000.The effects of 5 plant growth regulators including chlormequat,coronatine,14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid,1-naphthyl acetic acid and paclobutrazol on the related traits of wheat during germination were studied.[Results]The germination characteristics of wheat seed treated with 14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid,coronatine and 1-naphthyl acetic acid rose at first and then dropped with the increase of treatment concentration.Chlormequat and paclobutrazol inhibited wheat seed germination,and the higher the concentration the higher the inhibition rate would get.Treated with 14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid at 1.5,2.5 mg/L or coronatine at 2.5 mg/L,the drought-resistant comprehensive evaluation value of germinating wheat seed was the highest of all.The order of correlation degree between the comprehensive evaluation value and the drought-resistant measurement value of each index is:relative vigor index>relative storage transport rate>relative root length>relative germination rate>relative germination index>relative shoot length>relative germination potential>relative root number>relative root shoot ratio.[Conclusions]During the germination period of wheat,14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid and coronatine are more suitable for soaking seeds as drought-resistant agents.
