摘  要:[目的]探究粉唑醇对小麦纹枯病的防控潜力。[方法]开展粉唑醇对禾谷丝核菌的抑菌活性分析及其对小麦纹枯病的田间防效试验。[结果]粉唑醇对供试菌株具有较高的抑菌活性,平均EC_(50)值为(0.438±0.073) mg/L,且1%粉唑醇颗粒剂以749.62 g a.i./hm^(2)用量处理后对小麦纹枯病的田间防效高达100.00%。[结论]粉唑醇为三唑类甾醇脱甲基化抑制剂类杀菌剂,对担子菌和子囊菌引起的病害具有较好的防控效果。[Aims]The aim was to explore the prevention and control potential of flutriafol on wheat sharp eyespot.[Methods]The antifungal activity of flutriafol against Rhizoctonia cerealis and its control effect on wheat sharp eyespot in field were studied.[Results]The results showed that flutriafol had high antifungal activity against the tested fungus,and the average EC_(50) value was(0.438±0.073)mg/L.When treated with flutriafol 1%granuls at 749.62 g a.i./ha,the control effect on wheat sharp eyespot was as high as 100.00%.[Conclusions]Flutriafol belonging to triazole fungicides is a sterol demethylation inhibitor,which has good control effect on diseases caused by Basidiomycetes and Ascomycetes.
