摘 要:[目的]筛选对槐尺蠖高效并对天敌昆虫蠋蝽安全的药剂。[方法]药剂对槐尺蠖和躅蝽的室内生物活性和毒力测定分别采用浸叶法和点滴法,田间防效试验采用喷雾法。[结果]对槐尺蠖2龄幼虫室内生物活性最高的是甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和乙基多杀菌素,其LC_(50)分别为0.017、0.28 mg/L;蠋蝽3龄若虫对甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、高效氯氰菊酯、乙基多杀菌素和溴氰菊酯较敏感,LC_(50)为1.27~4.32 mg/L。3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐ME、60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC、10%虫螨腈SC、200 g/L四唑虫酰胺SC、35%氯虫苯甲酰胺WG、25%灭幼脲SC、25 g/L溴氰菊酯EC及4.5%高效氯氰菊酯EC在药后7 d对槐尺蠖的防效达到96.18%~100%。对躅蝽杀伤率最小的是25%灭幼脲SC,其次为35%氯虫苯甲酰胺WG和200 g/L四唑虫酰胺SC,药后7 d对躅蝽的杀伤率为4.25%~38.91%。[结论]对槐尺蠖高效并对躅蝽安全的药剂为氯虫苯甲酰胺、四唑虫酰胺和灭幼脲,推荐轮换使用。[Aims]This study aims to screen out the insecticides that effective to Chiasmia cinerearia and friendly to its natural enemy Arma chinensis.[Methods]The dipping method and topical application method were adopted respectively for C.cinerearia and A.chinensis for the bioassay in greenhouse,and the spray method was adopted for field efficacy trials.[Results]Emamectin benzoate and spinetoram had the best activity to C.cinerearia 2nd instar larvaes,as the LC_(50) were 0.017 and 0.28 mg/L,respectively.The A.chinensis 3rd instar nymphs were more sensitive to emamectin benzoate,beta-cypermethrin,spinetoram and deltamethrin than the other insecticides,as the LC_(50) were 1.27-4.32 mg/L.The field control efficacy of emamectin benzoate 3%ME,spinetoram 60 g/L SC,chlorfenapyr 10%SC,tetraniliprole 200 g/L SC,chlorantraniliprole 35%WG,chlorbenzuron 25%SC,deltamethrin 25 g/L EC and betacypermethrin 4.5%EC against C.cinerearia reached 96.18%-100%on the 7th day after treatment.Chlorbenzuron 25%SC showed theminimum influence to A.chinensis,followed by chlorantraniliprole 35%WGand tetraniliprole 200 g/L SC,as their killing rate to A.chinensis were 4.25%-38.91%on the 7th day after treatment.[Conclusions]Chlorantraniliprole,tetraniliprole and chlorbenzuron are efficient to C.cinerearia and safe to A.chinensis,which are recommend for rotation to control C.cinerearia.
