摘 要:为检验某型牵引变压器冷却单元的产品质量并了解其振动特性,对结构进行了风机低、高速运转试验和冷却单元垂向扫频试验,对采集的应力和加速度信号进行时频分析,采用短时傅里叶变换处理线性扫频信号。结果显示,冷却单元的固有频率有效避开了风机低、高速运转时的工作频率;获取了频率范围20 Hz以内的冷却单元前三阶固有频率和振动响应,确定了冷却单元的振动特性。In order to examine the product quality of a certain type of traction transformer cooling unit and know its vibration characteristics,we carried out the fan test at low and high speed operation and vertical frequency-scan test of the cooling unit,the time-frequensy analysis of the collected stress aceleration signal,and processed the linear frequency-scan signal with the short-time Fourier trasform.The results show that the natural frequency of the cooling unit effectively keeps away from the working frequency at low and high fan speed;the former third-order natural frequencies and vibration responses of the cooling unit within the frequency range of 20 Hz are obtained,and the vibration characteristics of cooling unit are determined.
