摘 要:电阻型超导故障限流器中带材失超和超导恢复特性受电流、温度、磁场等因素影响,以YBCO超导带材为研究对象,建立了饼式线圈和螺线管式线圈绕制模型,分析了两种线圈中磁场分布特性,在液氮冷却条件下,表明了温度、磁场对临界电流密度和失超电阻率的影响;通过分析在三角波形故障电流作用下带材失超和超导恢复过程中的热过程,表明了超导恢复时间与失超后的温度和散热条件有关,当温度低于105 K时,超导特性恢复较快。为超导限流器的结构、冷却设计提供参考。The quench and recovery characteristics of superconducting tapes are affected by the various factors such as current, temperature and magnetic field in resistive type superconducting fault current limiter(R-SFCL).YBCO superconducting tape was focused in the paper, two kind models of the pancake and solenoid coils were established. Under liquid nitrogen cooling condition, the magnetic field distribution characteristics of the pancake and solenoid coils were analyzed. The result shows that the temperature and magnetic field have the influence on critical current density and quench resistivity. By analyzing the thermal process during the quench and superconducting recovery under the action of fault current with triangular wave rising type, the superconducting recovery time of tapes after quench is related to the temperature and heat dissipation conditions, the superconducting recovery characteristics has a faster rate as the temperature less than 105 K. This result can provide a reference for the structure and cooling design of superconducting fault current limiter.
