主动脉右冠窦瘤破裂致完全性心脏传导阻滞1例

摘　　要：主动脉窦破裂常累及主动脉右冠窦,其次是主动脉无冠窦、主动脉左冠窦。本文报告1例主动脉右冠窦瘤破裂致完全性心脏传导阻滞患者,对其临床表现、诊断以及治疗方法进行分析。Aortic sinus rupture usually involves the right coronary sinus of the aorta, followed by aortic acoronary sinus and aortic left coronary sinus. One case of complete heart block caused by rupture of aortic right coronary sinus tumor was reported. His clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment were analyzed.
