摘  要:针对准东煤中由于高含量的碱金属造成电站锅炉在使用过程中的沾污结渣问题,对沙尔湖煤及其洗煤在热解过程中Na/K碱金属的赋存形态和析出特性进行研究。结果表明:低温下水溶态钠向不溶态钠转化,转化量在10%~16%,醋酸溶态钠会挥发至气相,在600℃时基本挥发完全;高温下气相钠主要来自不溶钠,还有部分水溶态钠会向酸溶态钠和气相迁移转化,同时醋酸溶态钠会向酸溶态转化。随热解温度的升高,原煤和水洗煤中水溶态钾逐渐增加,醋酸溶态钾和不溶态钾逐渐减少,盐酸溶态钾含量先增加后减少,在600℃左右达到峰值。Aiming at the contamination and slagging of utility boilers caused by high content of alkali metals in Zhundong coal, the occurrence forms and precipitation characteristics of Na/K alkali metals in Shaerhu coal and its washing coal during pyrolysis were studied. The results show that soluble sodium in water is transformed into insoluble sodium at low temperature, the conversion amount is 10%-16%, and the acetic acid soluble sodium will volatilize to the gas phase, which is basically completely volatilized at 600℃. At high temperature, gaseous sodium mainly comes from insoluble sodium, and some water-soluble sodium will migrate and transform to acid soluble sodium and gas phase, while acetic acid soluble sodium will transform to acid soluble sodium. With the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the water-soluble potassium in raw coal and washed coal gradually increased, acetic acid soluble potassium and insoluble potassium decreased gradually, hydrochloric acid soluble potassium increased first and then decreased, reached the peak at about 600℃.
