摘  要:以小型热管式空气预热器试验平台为研究对象,测试热管换热器热管管束气流方向的温度梯度和高、中、低温区单位换热面积对应的换热功率,测试烟气侧、空气侧阻力,测试单支高、中、低温热管冷端温度和布置倾角随热源功率变化的趋势。验证了低流阻热管的换热性能和阻力特性,为电厂进行热管空预器设计和改造提供参考。The temperature gradient in the direction of air flow and the heat transfer power per unit area of heat transfer in the high, middle and low temperature zones of heat pipe heat exchanger were measured on the test platform of small heat pipe air preheater The resistance of the flue gas side and the air side, the temperature and the inclination angle of the cold end of the single high, medium and low temperature heat pipe were measured. The heat transfer performance and resistance characteristics of the low flow resistance heat pipe are verified, which provides a reference for the design and modification of the heat pipe air preheater in power plant.
