摘　　要：针对某420 t/h四角切圆燃烧锅炉结渣灭火的问题,以系统工程理念出发,采取1:1全尺寸仿真模拟工作,通过对炉内主燃区、燃尽区内不同区域射流的设计优化和差异化设计,很好地保证了炉内火焰峰值温度和温度场合理分布。改造后性能测试结果表明:在保障锅炉燃烧效率不降低的基础上,改造后NOx排放值能控制在270mg/Nm3以内。同时,采用分级燃烧配风后,长时间连续接近满负荷运行,整个炉膛从下至上温度较为均匀,无高峰值出现,保障了改造后的锅炉防结渣效果。Aimed at the problem of slagging and fire extinguishing in a 420t/h tangential firing boiler, based on the concept of system engineering, 1:1 full scale simulation was adopted to ensure the reasonable distribution of flame peak temperature and temperature field in the furnace through the design optimization and differential design of jets in different areas of the main combustion area and the burnout area of the furnace. The performance test results after retrofitting show that the NOx emission value after retrofitting can be controlled within 270 mg/Nm~3 on the basis of ensuring that the combustion efficiency of the boiler does not decrease. At the same time, after the staged combustion air distribution is adopted, the boiler runs close to full load continuously for a long time, the temperature of the whole furnace is relatively uniform from bottom to top, and there is no high peak value, which ensures the anti slagging effect of the retrofitted boiler.
