摘 要:某额定容量300MW机组在总阀位指令85%左右运行,一次调频动作期间,多次出现负荷波动现象,最大波动量39.6MW。通过对机组各调门流量特性计算,发现调门GV3特性异常。对比机组控制逻辑设置的流量特性函数与理想流量特性函数,在总阀位指令83.28%~85.29%区间,由于调门GV3流量特性异常导致调门流量线性度偏大,一次调频动作期间,机组超调引发负荷波动。通过优化阀序,消除调门流量特性异常影响。A rated 300MW unit operates at about 85% of the total valve position command. During the primary frequency regulation, load fluctuation occurs many times, with the maximum fluctuation of 39.6MW. By calculating the flow characteristics of each control valve of unit, it is found that characteristicof the GV3 is abnormal. Comparing the flow characteristic function set by unit control logic with ideal flow characteristic function, in the range of 83.28%-85.29% of the total valve position command, the abnormal GV3 flow characteristic of the control valve leads to the large linearity of the control valve flow. During the primary frequency regulation action, the unit overshoot causes the load fluctuation. By optimizing the valve sequence, the influence of abnormal flow characteristics of control valve is eliminated.
