摘 要:多学科研究已经为先商文化时期人群的迁移提供了重要线索,并发现了刘庄和南城墓地部分人群迁移的直接证据。目前,骨胶原中的H稳定同位素分析日益成为探索先民渊源及迁移的重要新生点。以刘庄墓地人骨和鄣邓遗址动物骨骼中的H稳定同位素进行相关分析,以期深入了解先民和动物的迁移活动,动物的饲喂方式及与先民的关系等。结果显示,杂食类的人、猪和狗的δD值比食草动物牛、羊的相应值高。同时,他们的δ15N值和δD值存在正相关性。尽管不同性别、年龄段和葬式先民的δD值在统计学上没有明显差异。然而,木棺葬个体的δD值明显高于土坑竖穴葬个体、石棺及简化石棺葬个体的δD值,这可能与不同葬式个体潜在的迁移行为有关。为了发挥人和动物骨胶原的H同位素研究在揭示先民的迁移行为方面的潜力,日后工作需要更多样品量和不同地区的背景信息。Multidisciplinary research has provided important clues for the migration of the populations during the proto-Shang culture period. And many scholars found the direct evidence of the phenomenon of migration in the Liuzhuang cemetery and Nancheng cemetery. Recently stable hydrogen isotope analysis of bone collagen has increasingly become an important new method for exploring the origins and migrations of ancestors. Here we present the stable hydrogen isotope of the human bones from Liuzhuang cemetery and the animal bones from the Zhangdeng site to study the migration activities of the ancestors and the animals, and the animals feeding strategy and its relationship with the ancestors. The results show that the δD values of omnivorous(humans, pigs and dogs) are higher than that of herbivorous(cattle and sheep). Meantime, there is a positive correlation between their δ15N value and δD value. At the population level no δD differences were detected between the females and the males, different ages, and different burial styles from the statistic perspective. However, the δD value of the individuals buried in wooden coffin style is significantly higher than that of the individuals buried in the earth pits and the vertical caves, the sarcophagi and the simplified sarcophagi, which may be related to the potential migration behavior of the individuals with different burial styles. In order to achieve the potential of hydrogen isotope analysis of human and animal bone collagen for the migration behavior of the ancestors, a larger sample quantity and more background information in different regions need to be analyzed in the near future.
