摘 要:以Cu-Ni合金作为标样,研究了制备工艺对Ni释放量的影响。结果表明,在Ni含量小于1%时,Cu-Ni合金在人工汗液中的Ni释放量与Ni含量呈近似正相关。采用在大气下熔炼手工浇注铸锭制作试样时,Ni释放量的均匀性比连铸坯差。冷加工态试样经退火后可改善Ni释放的均匀性。采用砂纸打磨试样表面时,随着砂纸号数增加,平均Ni释放量下降。因此,在制备Cu-Ni合金标样时,优先考虑Ni含量控制在0.05%~0.1%,采用真空粒化后重熔连铸的方式制作板坯再经轧压冲裁成形,试片应进行高温退火处理,并采用800号或更细的砂纸对其表面进行打磨。Cu-Ni alloy was chosen as the reference specimen,and the effects of preparation process on the nickel release rate were investigated.The results indicate that when nickel content of Cu-Ni alloy is below 1%,nickel release rate in artificial sweat is approximately positively correlated with the nickel content.When the specimen is melted and hand made casting in atmosphere,the uniformity of nickel release rate is poorer than that of continuous casting slab,which can be improved by annealing treatment.When the specimen surface is worn by sand paper,the average nickel release rate is decreased with the increase of sandpaper specifications.Therefore,the nickel content can be controlled between 0.05%and o.1%in priority during the preparation of nickel release reference specimen.The slab is made by remelting continuous casting after vacuum granulation,and then rolled and blanked.The test piece can be annealed at high temperature,of which the surface should be grinded with 800#or finer sandpaper.
