摘  要:采用金相显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、拉伸试验机和扫描电镜(SEM)等,研究了多道次轧制Mg-1.2Al-0.4Ca-0.3Mn-0.3Zn镁合金板材在不同退火工艺下的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,轧制后板材经退火处理后晶粒明显细化,孪晶基本消失;随着退火温度上升,平均晶粒尺寸缓慢增加,并且晶粒尺寸、分布逐渐均匀,适当延长保温时间对晶粒尺寸影响有限;第二相析出物随保温时间的延长而粗化增多,但经400℃退火后析出物明显变少;镁合金板材经退火处理后抗拉强度有所下降,但伸长率增加明显,在400℃退火180 min后力学性能理想,伸长率提高至19.86%,较轧制态提升了314%,板材抗拉强度略有下降,为237.2 MPa。The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-1.2Al-0.4Ca-0.3Mn-0.3Zn magnesium alloy rolled by multi-pass rolling under different annealing temperature and holding time were investigated by optical metallography(OM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),tensile testing machine and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that after annealed treatment,the grain size and the number of twins are decreased greatly.The average grain size in the rolled alloy is increased slowly with the increase of annealing temperature,and the grain size and distribution gradually become uniform,and the effects of holding time prolong on the grain size can be ignored.The second phase is coarsened and increased with increasing in holding time,however the second phase almost disappear at 400 C annealed treatment.After annealing treatment for the magnesium alloy plate at 400'C for 180 min,the tensile strength of the plate is decreased slightly to 237.2 MPa and the elongation is increased significantly to 19.86%,which is 314%higher than the rolled state.
