摘  要:采用真空连铸+离心铸造工艺制备了φ50 mm的L605离心铸管,分析了L605管坯中的气体、有害元素的含量和非金属夹杂物。结果表明,真空连铸/离心铸造工艺是提高铸管纯净度的有效方法,试制L605合金中O含量为0.000 4%,N含量为0.006%,S含量为0.000 9%,P含量<0.001%。L605管坯非金属夹杂物含量低于0.2 mg/kg, 95%以上的夹杂物尺寸小于2.5μm,纯净度很高,满足了L605细径薄壁管的加工要求。Vacuum continuous casting+centrifugal casting process was conducted to prepare 50 mm L605 centrifugal casting pipe,and the gas,content of harmful elements and non-metallic inclusions in L605 casting pipe were analyzed.The results indicate that vacuum continuous casting+centrifugal casting process is an effective method to improve the purity of casting pipe.The oxygen content,nitrogen content,sulfur content and phosphorus content of L605 alloy are 0.0004%,0.006%,0.0009%and 0.001%,respectively.The content of non-metallic inclusions in L605 tube blank is less than 0.2 mg/kg,and over 95%of inclusions are smaller than 2.5μm,reaching an extremely high purity level.The trial alloy possesses desirable processing performance,meeting the processing requirements for fine and thin-walled L605 pipe.
