摘  要:为了研究分段式加载电压对镁合金微弧氧化膜性能的影响,采用Na_(2)SiO_(3)电解液体系对AZ91D镁合金进行微弧氧化。利用扫面电镜(SEM)对氧化膜的表面和截面形貌进行观察,用涡流测厚仪、激光共聚焦显微镜及Image J测试了膜层的厚度、粗糙度及孔隙率,并对氧化膜的耐磨性进行了分析。结果表明,当第1阶段加载电压为300 V(180 s)时,所获膜层的表面孔隙率最低,仅为4.574%,膜层厚度为90μm,粗糙度为2.72μm。SEM结果表明,分段式加载电压所获膜层的致密度提高,表面裂纹和孔洞减少。分段加载电压方式为300 V(180 s)+380 V(1 620 s)时的磨损量最少,经过200 r的磨损后,质量损失仅为17.2 mg,较一次性加载方式减少了4.6 mg。To analyze the effects of voltage in stage on properties of micro-arc oxidation(MAO)films with applied voltage in stage,AZ91D magnesium alloy was oxidized in Naz Si_(2)O_(3) electrolyte system.The surface and section morphology of the oxide film were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The thickness,roughness and porosity of the films were measured by eddy current thickness gauge,laser confocal microscope and Image J.The wear resistance of the films was analyzed.The results reveal that with the applied voltage of the first stage of 300 V(180 s),the porosity of the film is only 4.574%,with the thickness of the film of 90μm,and the roughness of 2.72μm.SEM results show that the density of the film is increased and the cracks and holes in film surface are reduced.When the applied voltage is 300 V(180 s)+380 V(1620 s),the wear rate reach the minimum value,and mass loss is only 17.2 mg with 200 r wear and 4.6 mg less than that of one-time applied.
