摘  要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和激光导热等手段,研究了单独或复合添加La、Ce对铸造Al-7Si-0.6Cu-0.8Fe合金微观组织、力学性能和热导率的影响。结果表明,添加0.3%的(La+Ce)后,合金中α-Al相得到了较大程度的细化,二次枝晶臂间距(SADS)达到较小值(13.1μm),共晶Si形貌转化为细小的颗粒状且均匀地分布于晶界处,富Fe相长度降低了57.51%,其合金的热导率为159.68 W/(m·K)、抗拉强度为231.3 MPa、伸长率为6.89%,与未添加稀土合金相比,分别提高了13.79%、24.96%和118.73%。The effects of microstructure,mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of cast Al-7Si-0.6Cu-O.8Fe alloy were investigated with single or compound addition of La and Ce by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and laser flash apparatus.The results indicate that the alloy with 0.3%(La+Ce)addition,theα-Al phase is refined to a greater extent,and the secondary dendrite arm spacing(SDAS)achieves a minimum value of 13.1μm.In additon,the morphology of eutectic Si is transformed into fine particles and uniformly distributed at the grain boundaries,and the length of Fe-rich phase is reduced by 57.51%.Where the thermal conductivity is 159.68 W/(m·K),tensile strength is 231.3 MPa,and elongation is 6.89%,which are increased by 13.79%,24.96%and 118.73%,respectively compared with the alloy without rare earth addition.
