摘 要:目的探讨某石化企业职业性汽油接触与劳动者高血压、心电图异常的关系。方法采用整群抽样方法,以北京市某石化企业425名职业性汽油接触人员为接触组,以该企业不接触汽油的417名职员为对照组,调查研究对象的一般人口学特征、职业史、既往史、个人史等信息,通过职业健康检查获得血压、心电图等数据并进行分析。结果接触组收缩压和舒张压水平、高血压及心电图异常检出率均高于对照组,(127.2±17.7)vs.(123.2±13.6)mmHg、(77.9±11.5)vs.(75.3±10.4)mmHg,25.9%vs.17.7%,29.8%vs.23.7%(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,接触组工人发生高血压的风险是对照组的1.498倍(95%CI:1.042~2.153,P<0.05)、发生心电图异常的风险是对照组的1.213倍(95%CI:0.987~1.745,P<0.05)。结论职业性汽油接触可能增加劳动者高血压和心电图异常的风险。Objective To explore the relationship between occupational gasoline exposureandhypertension,abnormal electrocardiogram(ECG).Methods A total of 425workers exposed to gasoline in a petroleum company in Beijing were selected as the contact group,and 417 employees in the company who were not exposed to gasoline were selected as the control group.The subjects′general demographic characteristics,occupational history,past history and personal history were also recorded.Blood pressure,ECG,and other data were obtained through occupational health examination.Results The levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,the prevalence rate of hypertension and abnormal ECG in the contact group were higher than the control group(127.2±17.7)vs.(123.2±13.6)mmHg,(77.9±11.5 vs.75.3±10.4)mmHg,25.9%vs.17.7%,29.8%vs.23.7%,P<0.05.Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed thatthe risk of hypertension in theexposure group was 1.498 times higher than that in the control group(95%CI:1.042-2.153,P<0.05);The risk of ECG abnormalities in the exposure group was 1.213 times higher than that in the control group(95%CI:0.987-1.745,P<0.05).Conclusion Occupational gasoline exposure may increase the risk of hypertension and abnormal ECG.
